Peter Gratzke

Peter Gratzke is the founder of Ansatz Ventures. He currently serves as EMEA Head of Innovation and Transformation Delivery at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he helps customers envision, validate and achieve business outcomes by working backwards from their needs and building solutions on AWS.

His career spans innovation leadership across multiple industries and geographies. Previously, he served as Director at MetLife Innovation Centre in Singapore, where he built and launched a portfolio of products across Asia. He also led ecosystem initiatives at Deloitte's U.S. Innovation / Catalyst Fund and worked as Project Lead for Investors Industries at the World Economic Forum.

Peter holds a Master's degree in Philosophy of the Social Sciences from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Master's degree in Political Science and Economics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
